Welcome aboard, and thanks for choosing Blue Horizon Charters for your Key West adventure! To ensure a smooth sail for everyone, please review our terms and conditions before booking your trip.

Booking and Cancellation:

Need help with your reservation? Contact us at 305.306.1326 or info@bluehorizoncharters.net. Be sure to include your confirmation number for speedy assistance.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your trip to receive a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will result in a charge for the full amount of the trip.
If we need to cancel your trip due to weather, we'll do our best to reschedule it for another time during your stay. If rescheduling isn't possible, you'll have the option of a voucher for a future trip or a full refund.
If booking through the website at bluehorizoncharters.net you agree to receive messages about your booking. Message types, frequency and rates, as well help and opt-out instructions are disclosed. We confirm that no mobile opt-in info is shared with 3rd parties, and provide links to our privacy policy and terms and conditions at bluehorizoncharters.net/terms-and-conditions.

Embarkation:

Set sail smoothly! Arrive at the dock at least 15 minutes before your departure time. Our trips depart promptly at the scheduled time.

Safety First!

By booking with Blue Horizon Charters, you and your party acknowledge that you have read and agree to our general safety and liability waiver.
Captain's call! We prioritize your safety above all else. If the weather conditions are deemed unsafe, the Captain may postpone or cancel the trip. Don't worry, though! We'll try our best to reschedule your trip during your stay, or you can choose a voucher for a future adventure or a full refund.
All passengers must follow safety instructions from the Captain.
Life jackets must be worn when instructed.

Additional Policies:

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time.
We are not liable for any modifications, price changes or service interruptions.

Indemnification:

You agree to hold harmless Blue Horizon Charters, Irie Vibes LLC, and our affiliates from any claims or lawsuits resulting from your violation of these terms and conditions or your violation of any laws or third-party rights.

Safety and Conduct:

Anyone who jeopardizes their own safety or the safety of others will be removed from the trip at their own expense and will not be entitled to a refund. Blue Horizon Charters is not liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from injury, accidents, theft, or inconveniences during the trip. This extends to you, your guests, and your party members.
The Charterer is responsible for any injuries sustained during the charter.
Blue Horizon Charters is not liable for personal belongings lost or damaged.
